Q- In what languages do you provide translation services?
A- We offer translation services in Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali and English. Please contact us if you need help in other languages.
Q-How long will the translation work take?
A- This varies depending on the document content. We can usually complete approximately 10 pages a day.
Q-What is required when requesting translation work?
A- We will need to look over the documents before we can provide you with a quote. You can upload your documents via this website.
Q-How much do you charge for translation work?
A- We will need to review your work before we can give you a quote. Our fee varies depending on the language you want translated and the content of the document as well as the type of document (article, book, technical etc)
Q-I'm concerned about security issues.
A-All information submitted to Translationist.ca is the sole property of the customer who submits it and not the property of Translationist.ca Upon completion of a written translation, Translationist.ca shreds all relevant documentation pertaining to the written translation after it has emailed and/or mailed the finished translation to the customer. In the case of audio translations all audio files are returned/deleted.
Q- The document won't upload, what should I do?
A- Please contact us, we will suggest alternate ways to you.
Q- What if I don't want translation, I just want my documents proofread?
A- Yes, we provide proofreading services as well.
Q- How will the finished documents be sent back to me?
A- We will use the medium requested by you.
Q- Would you like to be an affiliate?
A- If you would like to be our affiliate and be your own business person, contact us.
